Ah yes, a familiar dilemma.
Decoding your own notes is sometimes harder than cracking a safe.
Is it something you wrote to yourself. If so, maybe it is HT is the initials of the person LV means loves you, and IMM stands for In My Mind.
If all the above is a load of bollocks let me know.
